Floridaestates is a welcoming community in southeast Hernando County, FL. We are a deed restricted community with an active Homeowners Association. Our community is home to approximately 250 – 275 residences and is located near highways 301 and SR 50. This location offers easy access to Bushnell, Dade City, and Brooksville. The area is a growing area, yet floridaestates is set apart from the traffic having no ’through’ streets. Since we have little traffic, many of our residents enjoy safe walking and biking.

The residents of floridaestates form a diverse group in terms of age, family structure, race, and ethnicity. We welcome our residents, and many have established strong ties with their neighbors. We invite community involvement in Homeowner Association affairs and governance, but respect residents’ privacy, as well.
